KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 15 (Bernama) -- Vestland Bhd’s indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Vestland Infra Sdn Bhd (VISB) has secured a RM225.07 million contract from Pembinaan Rizen Sdn Bhd (PRSB).
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, the construction company said the award entails construction and completion of river-widening works, structural and associated works for the integrated river basin development project in Kelantan.
“The contract works are scheduled to commence on Oct 28, 2026 and targeted for completion on Oct 14, 2028.
“The award is expected to contribute positively towards the earnings and net assets of the group throughout the contract duration, assuming no material delays occur,” it said.
