KOTA KINABALU, Oct 28 (Bernama) -- Sabah's federal development expenditure performance has increased to 71.78 per cent as of Oct 26, up from 52.07 per cent on Aug 10 this year, said Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor.
